At LYA Properties, we strive to offer a seamless experience for property buyers, sellers, and renters. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness to all our users.

1. Cancellations

For Listings by Sellers/Landlords

• Free Listings: Cancellations can be made anytime without charges.
• Paid Listings:
  • Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the listing has not been published.
  • After 24 hours or once the listing is live, cancellations are non-refundable.

For Buyers/Renters

LYA Properties acts as a platform for listing properties and does not manage agreements between buyers, sellers, or renters. Any cancellations related to property transactions or agreements must be handled directly between the involved parties.

2. Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only for paid listings and are subject to the following conditions:
• The refund request is made within 24 hours of the payment.
• The listing has not been published or gone live on the platform.
• Technical errors on our platform caused incomplete or non-functional listing uploads.

Non-Refundable Cases

• The listing has been live for more than 24 hours.
• The refund request is based on personal dissatisfaction not related to technical faults.
• The service was fully rendered or utilized as per the user's purchase.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

4. Disputes

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under exceptional circumstances, you may contact our support team at support@lyaproperties.com with relevant details and proof.

5. Policy Updates

LYA Properties reserves the right to amend or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
